LaBrie Spaces began in 2020, at a time when the world and the creative industry suddenly paused. With tours canceled, founder Shannon LaBrie, a Nashville-based singer-songwriter who has lived in East Nashville for 17 years, turned to something she had always loved: sourcing and restoring vintage furniture. What started as a way to make ends meet quickly revealed a deeper opportunity to create spaces that felt layered, soulful, and entirely different from traditional staging.

Encouraged by one of her oldest friends, a realtor who trusted her vision, Shannon completed her first official stage using only vintage pieces and original work from local artists. The response was immediate. The space didn’t just show a home...it told a story. And everything in it could be purchased.

That moment became the foundation of LaBrie Spaces and the origin of its signature “We Stage – You Shop” hybrid model redefining both the retail experience and home staging by turning homes into fully shoppable environments. In doing so allowing the homes to be staged with high end design pieces and original art.

The company is built on a deep passion for supporting local businesses and artists, while showcasing the lasting quality and character of vintage design. Rooted in Shannon’s upbringing growing up antiquing with her mom on a farm in Lincoln, Nebraska, surrounded by creativity and entrepreneurship, and influenced by her father, a painter and musician, Mother an avid quilter...LaBrie Spaces is a natural extension of a life shaped by art, storytelling, and a love of vintage.
