Absolute knockout drop dead gorgeous pair of mid-century modern his & hers lounge chairs.
These feature angular solid wood frames with a unique ‘floating’ like detail in the back that I haven’t seen before. Newly upholstered in a rich black faux shearling ‘S5886 Obsidian’ from Green House Fabrics.
I chose this fabric for its softness and durability and I frankly love a phenomenal set of classic black chairs against a deep walnut tone.
The details matter with @theurbnhsewfe and she did a phenomenal job reupholstering these from head to toe with new webbing , foam and fabric.
Seat cushions are removable and the accent pillow on the high back chair can fall back if preferred but I very much prefer…these chairs are COMFORTABLE. I want to read a book in them.
